When she was a kid, Lewis wanted to be an actor, and she became one of the family entertainers. There are many people who think that Snowfall was based entirely on the story of Freeway Ricky Ross a well-known LA drug dealer with links to the CIA. Coker stated that Singleton provided a more comprehensive story. It's an amalgamation of several things. Angela Lewis is the Snowfall actor that portrays Franklin Saint's (Damson ldris) once sweet, now terrifying aunt.
