Emily Bett Rickards born July 24, 1991 is an Canadian actor, best known for playing Felicity Smoak in The CW television series Arrow. Rickards was raised and born in British Columbia. As a child, Rickards began her journey by exploring the musical theater and later dance. Later, she hoped to get into the world of serious acting. She completed her Acting Essentials Programme in Vancouver Film School. Vancouver Film School after graduating from high school. After finishing the program she auditioned for an open audition that led her to an agent for booking. She studied at The Alida Vocal Studio in Vancouver.
