NF
Nathan John Feuerstein was born on March 30, 1991. His initials NF (stylized IF) are an American rapper, singer , and songwriter. The artist has released two EPs, I'm Free (2012),[3 and an EP with a self-titled title in 2014 with Capitol CMG. Mansion was his debut major label album. It was released March 31st, 2015. The second album of his studio, Therapy Session, which was released April 22, 2016 was a top 12 album of the US Billboard 200. The albums have garnered numerous accolades, some of which include: the Gospel Music Association Dove Award for Rap/Hip Hop Album of the Year (Therapy Session).NF gained mainstream recognition in 2017 with Perception; the album peaked at the top of the charts in the United States and was certified platinum, while its third single, "Let You Down" was ranked at number 12 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 was a global top 10 single. Similar commercial success was also achieved through The Search (2019). Feuerstein claimed that rap was a way for him to escape during his youth. He would record songs using an karaoke machine, recording his raps as well as instrumentals using one microphone. Feuerstein self-released his debut studio album Moments on November 29, 2010 under his real name. His debut single, "Alone", was released on August 2, 2011. Brooke Griffith was the songwriter and produced the song. Xist Music discovered Feuerstein's work in 2012 and was fascinated by his music. Feuerstein debuted his expanded version of I'm Free on May 2nd in 2012, with production by Profitt. The tracklist featured nine tracks which included "Alone". The EP also featured the original version of Alone featuring Sean Simmonds. Xist released a teaser for the release of their self-titled extended piece, NF, but Feuerstein broke off from the label following a dispute and the production of NF was delayed. NF still featured a song with Shuree William "Only One", on the label’s compilation album Move Vol 1 On November 4 2013 he dropped "Beautiful Addiction" as a single. Profitt once more appeared in the song. Also, Danielle Swift sang.
